ASHRAE has developed the HBDP program in close collaboration with the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) and the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and with input from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Green Building Initiative (GBI).
