The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO), Signalperson certification is for candidates who use hand and voice signals in crane operation. Candidates must demonstrate basic knowledge of crane operations, situational awareness, and understand safety standards and regulations. Candidates must pass a written and practical exam.
