Applies makeup or eyelashes to any persons, tints eyebrows and eyelids, lightens hair on the body, and removes superfluous hair from the body by the use of depilatories, waxing, or tweezers. A cosmetologist may also provide manicures, pedicures, and apply artificial nails.
